ABOUT THE OWNERS:


Larry Lewis

California General Contractor License #409711

 
Larry has over 20 years of construction management experience in Southern California, working with major developers including Anastasi Construction, Birtcher Construction, The William Lyon Company, and Watt Homes.  He has managed the construction of over 4,000 homes and a variety of commercial and mixed-use projects including offsite and onsite construction, purchasing and contract negotiations, agency processing of plans, budgets, accounting and cost estimating. His primarily coastal infill projects have always incorporated the most recent energy-efficient products, materials and building practices.  Recently, Larry has turned to remodeling residential and commercial properties in Laguna Beach, again incorporating up-to-date energy- and cost-saving products and practices.

Larry is a licensed and insured General Contractor in California.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cal State Northridge, is a long-standing member of the Building Industry Association (BIA) and has served on the Executive Board of the Home Builders Council. Well known and respected throughout the building industry, Larry has built a reputation on honesty and quality of work.

Jean Fallowfield

Jean has a comprehensive background in land planning, entitlement processing, construction permitting, landscape architecture and architectural design. For the past several years she has worked with major developers including Toll Brothers and Pulte Homes in acquisition, planning and design for single-family, multi-family, commercial and mixed use projects, primarily in urban infill areas.  Prior to these positions she was a Director with major planning and architecture firms where she managed a wide variety of projects including many well-known planned communities in southern California.

Jean is a Certified Green Building Professional, a licensed Real Estate Broker and Landscape Architect and has a Master's degree in architecture from UCLA. She is a member of U S Green Building Council and Build it Green, and is active in the Building Industry Association and Urban Land Institute.

 
ABOUT THE TEAM:
The EC Systems team consists of hand-picked sub-contractors from all related fields of construction and design, including electrical engineers, plumbing engineers, solar/PV design and installation specialists, architects and landscape architects.  We have a roster of experienced and trusted contractors from each field to provide competitive pricing and ability to streamline scheduling of integrated tasks.
